Longitude 131°

A luxury tented camp with guided outings, listed by the park authority among the hotels and lodges. It is a separate offer from the resort hotels, so check what is included and the minimum stay with the operator.

Parking and airport transfer

The resort lists free guest parking and a free airport transfer of about 10 to 15 minutes for its guests. Do not assume this applies to other places to stay.

Staying inside the park

The normal answer is no.

Camping in the national park is not allowed, and the park's own information says there is nowhere to stay inside it. One exception exists: the Uluru-Kata Tjuta Signature Walk, announced in April 2026. It is a 5-day, 54 km guided walk with 4 nights in special eco-camps and a lodge in the park, running from May to September. The overnight stays belong to that walk only. You cannot book the camps on their own.

For everyone else, Yulara is the place to sleep. Early starts are easy from there: Uluru is about 20 minutes away, and Kata Tjuta about 45 minutes. See Yulara for services and getting there for transport.
